OK, how do I get this: to show up at the top of the screen and stay there? I has a stupid.

Okay...the way I get it to work is when you are under your Layout tab, you hover over the little rectangle that you have added your html to, and then you just drag the little box up over the box that says blog posts. At that point it should spread out and be a long rectangle. then click save. That did it for me.
Doh! Got it, thanks! I had to add it to the bottom, but that works too I guess.
